We source our furniture from all over the world, selling directly the public
USING ONLY OUR ONLINE WEB SITE and passing the savings on to you.

Refund Policy and Order Cancellations

Customers have the unconditional right to cancel their orders within 7 working days of receiving their goods. The customer should take reasonable care of the goods whilst in possession of them.
If a customer does not like the product we will take it back and offer a refund without quibble as long as it is NOT been assembled and is returned in it's original packaging. The customer is responsible for the full carriage costs for both the original and forward consignments. Please contact our customer services team to arrange this service and for an exact cost. The refund will be made within 30 days of this cancellation.

Damages
On the rare occasion an item is damaged in transit we will of course offer to replace the damaged item immediately, as long as this is reported to us by telephone within 5 days of receiving the goods

Customer complaints

We will respond to every customer complaint within 5 working days of the complaint being made, either by telephone, email or fax.

Our despatch unit will return all calls relating to delivery enquiries and customer after sales. Please call our After Sales team on 01352 744888. This department is open Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 1 p.m.

Acknowledgement of orders

We will acknowledge all orders within 24 hrs via e-mail.
