FREE delivery to England and Wales only (Please note that certain parts of Scotland and all parts of Ireland may incur a small excess delivery charge, please ask for details)

Goods are normally delivered within 14 days of cleared payment by our own delivery staff, however, certain items may take longer. We deliver straight to your door using either our own fully trained furniture delivery staff or by a specialised third party home delivery company.

Customers wishing to collect from us may do so by arrangement only as we are generally mail order only.

Saturday and Sunday delivery can be arranged, please contact our customer services department on 01352 744888 to make these arrangements. Please note that there is a surcharge for this service.

Sometimes furniture sustains minor damage during delivery or contains a manufacturers defect, we accept this and will replace or repair any defective items at no cost to you, the customer as long as you telephone Neway Furniture on 01352 744888 within 3 Days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
