DELIVERY


Delivery Time

We endeavour to deliver within two weeks of order acceptance subject to stock availability. Certain items can however take up to six weeks to deliver. We will keep you informed at all points during the order process through to delivery.

Delivery Cost

FREE delivery on every order over £400.00 to mainland UK  (Terms and conditions apply, click to view)

Under £400.00 delivery to Mainland UK starts from only £15 to a Maximum of £30 per consignment, should you require delivery outside of Mainland UK please ask for a quote (click here)

Regarding Delivery.

In most cases I deliver the furniture myself, and need to be sure that you will be in when I arrive, Therefore, I will e-mail you 3-5 days prior to delivery to confirm a delivery date, I may be able to give you a rough idea of the likely delivery time the day before I deliver (for example, late morning or early evening) although this may be inaccurate due to factors beyond my control - for example traffic conditions.

If you are unable to accept delivery, please e-mail or call me 2 days before the delivery date.

I will also call when I am approximately an hour away, therefore please ensure that I have all telephone numbers that might be useful for contacting you on the delivery day. If I am not able to speak to you when I’m an hour away I WILL NOT DELIVER THAT DAY and delivery may be delayed by a week or more. This is to keep delivery costs to a minimum.

Delivery via Courier

We use national carriers to deliver your furniture, which means you should expect delivery within 24 hours of despatch from our warehouse. Please note that we do not deliver at weekends as our carriers do not offer this service. Unfortunately we can't give you specific delivery times. Our carriers aim to deliver on a next day basis between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm. If they can't gain access, they will leave a contact card for you to re-arrange delivery.

When receiving furniture by courier, all parcels  must be checked for damages before signing.  If damage has occurred please sign “goods damaged” and contact us on 01352 744888
